good day mate

yay! i had a great day today! :D

intact was my first class and I had so much fun talking to Mark and Rex. yup, the infamous Totoy Bibbo has once again sported the MOHAWK. haha and it was so much fun trying to mess it up! Nyaha :P

Jap class was held in Escaler Hall. We watched some Indie Jap Films. Man, were they weird. And i thought our Indie Films were really odd. I liked one though. It was about a High school boy bored in his Democracy in Japan class who tallied all the girls "un-wedging" their gym wear (in Japan, it's as if they're just wearing panties as bottoms). There were 3 categories: Green, Blue, and Red. So, every time a girl would "un-wedgie" her panty-like-whatever-gym-wear, he would tally it according to color. When he was all excited, the teacher caught him and asked him what kind of character was he writing by tallying the "buruma"s (bums). And guess what?! He was trying to form the character for the word JUSTICE. YEBA.

Physics was pretty much okay. I can finally understand it coz my hs notes are helping me. Really, if it weren't for my notes, I would have died there. Hay, may kwenta rin pala si Macaraeg kahit papaano. At least she gave exam questions that were actually discussed. They were undeniably hard, but my grades were pretty much okay.

But now, all the exam questions seem to be so easy peasy, until the results punch you in the face with a big fat F. All questions of Sir Culaba are trick questions! damn! you know what, I'd rather study and solve undeniably hard Physics questions where I'm sure I know what I'm doing rather than solve some seemingly easy questions that'll turn out super trick questions.

oh well, i think I'm gonna enjoy Elasticity better compared to projectile motion. :D thank you hs notes!

English was like a free period. The period was dedicated for consultation regarding our argumentative papers. I got a perfect score for my sources! wippee! so i guess having an unoriginal topic isn't one of worries after all. :)

Lit made my day though! Sir Oca returned our Midterms, and I got an A! wooohoo! :D I only got a 94 because I forgot to put my group # in my test paper! I mean, how was i suppose to know? HAHAHA. Oh well. I'm really happy because I thought that my essay was super sabaw! I mean, i just crammed it in 15 minutes! And we had to write 4 paragraphs! I thought i effed up my grammar. And the whole essay was equivalent to 60 points! major pressure! hahaha. Anyway, Sir Oca's note also made me so happy today!

Just let me brag okay? It's not like this happens to me everyday! hahaha.

I just wish my Math midterms would be this good.

wow! it's been a while, noh? it's because i've been busy with school stuff lately..

OH WELL PAPEL.

lemme give you a teensy summary of my life for the past few weeks:


jan18:
dinner and movie date with miranda! woohoo! makis was also supposed to go but she had to attend a wedding or something. but hey! it was also fun with miranda! hahaha! we watched Sweeney Todd in Gateway. and yes, it's R18. And yes, the girl DID ask our age. AND yes, we told here we were both 18 (i'm actually only 17 and miranda was only 16 then. she turned 17 last jan 20!) AND yes, we showed her our college IDs because we don't drive yet. And yes, she still wasn't convinced. AND yes, the guard was kind enough to let us in! woohoo! HAHA! AND then the weirdest thing happened...the girl cashier asked us if miranda and i were sisters! PFFFT. dude, ang layo talaga. i mean hello?! how could we be sisters if we're both 18 unless we're twins, right?! ugggh soo stoooopid.

anyhoo, we doodled while we dined at Burgoo. yay! hahaha we finished an 8-slice pizza and mozarella sticks! yeah, i know! we're sooo still growing kids! and we even bought lotsa candy at Sweet Factory. hmm...come to think of it, it really isn't that surprising that the girl cashier was so anxious! i guess we still have this all-cheery and teeny-boppy hair aura that screams UNDER 18! hahaha. and to top it all off, our voices aren't exactly that of a woman's. haha.




timezone!!! we went gag over the dance revo machine! hahaha! and this time, we were actually good! HAHAHA =)) and i won a free stuffed toy! wiii! the guy at the counter was even hesitant to give me one coz i guess it was that unusual for someone to actually win a prize at the fishbowl game thingy.

the movie wasn't as spectacular as i expected. Well, hello, i wouldn't expect anything great if the movie didn't win multiple Golden Globe Awards. The scenes weren't as morbid as i expected either. Sweeney Todd is like a baby next to movies like SAW and Chainsaw Massacre. In short, there were no torture scenes. it wasn't that graphic. The blood also looked too "bright" to be real. AND the ending! oh the ending! =((

I brought Miranda home and was able to see her room! yay! finally!

jan 26:

Sagala ng mga Sikat preparations. The day was so tiring! we brainstormed for about 4 hours before actually coming up of something.

Please o please, watch The Sagala ng mga Sikat on Feb 8. I think it starts at 6 pm. It's like our version of UP's lantern parade, and i'm in it! hehe! :D Our class (or more one person) worked so hard on our proposal (only 30 got in the parade), so please watch out for us! Our class float is all about Ibong Adarna and we're really trying our best to make it good, so please please watch! :D I know it's the same night as the bandfest, but i bet it's gonna be worth your time! We'll also be the first in the lineup, so you can't miss us! hehe :)

Had early dinner with Rex at Shakey's.

9 pm:

headed for Con's 17th inuman partaay in Timog. Newsdesk bar. the place was pretty cool. it's more of an inuman venue than a dance place...so i'm still looking for a place for my 18th bday. :) if you know a good place, lemme know ok? :) i'm thinking more of a dance place.. :)

I went home at around midnight coz my headache got so bad. :/ Oh well, sorry Con! Happy Happy Bday! we'll see each other again soon! :D and sa susunod, pwedeng wag mo ng dalhin ung lasing mong blockmate na ginawang ashtray ung buhok ni megan?! hahaha kidding!








hmmm i guess that's about it for now. my weekend was fully booked because of practices and scouting for ultra-fab wallpaper for my room (i want to change the look of my room for my 18th bday. i want it to have a retro theme!).

ahh i have so much to do! soo little time! :(( i still have to study for my Physics LT, do the Pre-lab, read a chapter in english, study for the ITM diagnostic, practice for arnis midterms, do my math assign, and study for my LT2 in math. waaa i hate math. :((

last friday was a good breather for me though. :) i had my first date with makis and i had a blast! too bad miranda couldn't come. :( it was nice getting all crazy and childish again. :P we watched the BEE movie! and i liked it! i actually thought it was too kiddie and the movie "formula" was common, but the movie actually turned out great! i didn't expect the ending and the story isn't really exactly for small kiddos. :P





we super enjoyed at timezone! wooh! we will so own the drum mania and dance revo machines! hahaha ang funneh.

=)) isipin mo na lang nag-aaway kami habnag naglalaro at may nakapila pang mga lecheng highschoolers. at least we didn't fail! =))

i also ate my ultimate fave ice cream ever! Haagen-dazs strawberry ice cream! ahhh! :X it's so nice to be in heaven. :P

a touch of bliss

i just had the greatest dream ever! <3

you know you're addicted to someone when you start dreaming about them.

He was humanized and all my fantasies came to life. It was pure bliss and everything was in slow motion. It was beautiful. I hugged his lanky but warm body and his chin brushed over my forehead. His skin became gold as the sun kissed it and his hair had the color of burnt amber. He was facing against the sun, as he looked at me. My view became rosy-colored and cherry blossom petals were all over the place. And he told me, "Sana laging ganito."

Too bad it'll never happen. :/

SHET ANG CHEESY. just ignore this. HAHA. :P

oh well, it's still nice to think about it from time to time. :) for now, my reality is all about being a kid again. :)

classes start tomorrow and i'm not even a wee bit excited. do i even have to tell why? i miss the days wherein the only thing that i had to think about during the xmas break was the intramurals. and now...i have to worry about longs tests, argumentative papers, research work for Japanese, 2 reaction papers for fil, and more. but whatever. complaining won't do anything. it's not like my load is as heavy as before.

i'm currently watching my ultimate fave childhood movie, My Girl in HBO. aww :) it's a coming of age story. and it's so adorable. :P

I've been generally happy for the past few days and i'm wondering why. i'm guessing it's because it's finally a new year and i've set my new year resolutions straight.

• this year, i'm gonna make sure that i won't have any distractions. yeah, no more guy crushes, gushing, or fussing over DIMS. :P this year will just be like high school. i'm gonna ignore all that just like before. i'll surround myself with hs friends, that's all. :) it's time for lesbooo love, that is! HAHAHA, i'll punch you if you're believing that. but really, you know what i mean.

• i'm going to stay being a kid, at least for this year! at first, i actually told myself to stop eating sweets because it aint healthy. but who am i kidding?! i can't do that! HAHAHA i went gaga over the dessert table at Sofitel on the first day of the year! so much for that :P

• i won't let unimportant people ruin my day. i'll always keep a positive outlook. :)

• time to unprocastinate! it's DL time! hahaha :D do whatever it takes! even if it means i have to chant "i love school" all over again.

• see my world in cartoon motion. kyaaa!
